SUBMISSIONS

It is Amala Films' policy that we only accept unsolicited script submissions via recognized literary or talent agents, management companies and/or from industry professionals who have a proven track record, or with whom we have a previous working relationship. If you would like to make an unsolicited submission, please do so via your agent, manager or send a logline and synopsis ONLY to submissions@amalafilms.com.  

Amala Films does not accept creative materials, ideas, and/or suggestions other than those we specifically request, or per the unsolicited submissions terms outlined above.  This is in order to avoid any misunderstandings should your ideas be similar to those we have developed or are developing independently.  Therefore, by transmitting any materials to us via electronic mail or otherwise, you hereby acknowledge and agree that we may treat said materials as non-confidential and non-proprietary.  Such content may be used by us for any purpose, including, without limitation, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting.  Furthermore, by proceeding with your submission, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Amala Films is free to use any ideas, work-product, concepts, know-how, and/or techniques contained in or submitted with any communication you send to us for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, developing, producing, financing, marketing, publicizing, distributing and exhibiting tangible and intangible products and/or audiovisual productions using such information. Your proceeding with one or more submissions acknowledges, approves, accepts, acquiesces to and agrees with the foregoing in its entirety.
